eFinancialCareers is the world’s leading financial recruitment website. This project delivered new positioning, a complete identity and a suite of pitchdecks. eFinancialCareers has strong values. Regardless of background, they say everyone should have access to life changing opportunities.

Results

It’s this inclusive culture that creates competitive advantage against other recruiters and headhunters. Key to leveraging this is content, of which eFinancialCareers publish a great deal. So I brought in top editors Phil Hilton and Andy Pemberton to help refine the story and align the aspirations of clients and candidates alike.

Before and after. The previous logo had been amended many times over the life of the company. The brief was to make a distinct brand mark that was modern, digital, and firmly within sector. The wordmark is an re-drawn version of Basier, which had been chosen as the new font for the website. The icon needed to feel global but also dynamic. Candidates do not want to feel they are going round in circles. They want to engage with something that looks like money.
