The brief for Mojo was to build on the success of Q by launching a complementary, rootsier music title. ‘It’s our confirmed intention to pitch a wang-dang-doodle – all night long if necessary’. So said Mojo editor Paul DuNoyer, upon the title’s launch. As creative director, I drew the logo, created the template and designed the first dozen issues. I also designed all the ads, written here by Dave Hepworth
